The breakfast bag was amazing! What a fabulous idea! The front desk woman who checked us in was also there in the morning, she was so pleasant and accommodating.

Request extra pillows never received and the bathroom was extremely small also the breakfast was not ok it was grab and go bag with child juice boxes and prepackaged assorted items that were not what I expected for breakfast and there was no elevator and I'm disabled also no designated smoking area outside with shelter 'oning/tent "from the rain or snow

The staff was plenty friendly. The breakfast to go bag was a nice touch leaving. One thing I thought odd - you were not allowed visitors( not that I had any) I also liked that there was someone at the desk all night.

It was a cheap hotel outside of Bangor. Checkin was easy even though we arrived late in the evening. The room was fine, everything was there and the beds were also good. For breakfast we got a bag with Joghurt, muesli, apple, pastry and some juice.
